Mrs. Gloria Izonfuo, a Federal Commissioner with the National Population Commission in Bayelsa State, who was abducted by gunmen along the Ogbakiri axis of the East-West Road in Rivers State, has been released after five days in captivity.
Mrs Izonfuo, along with her driver and maid were kidnapped last Sunday at the Ogbakiri intersection in Emuoha Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Grace Iringe-Koko, the spokesperson for the Rivers State Police Command, verified her release.
