The Code of Conduct Tribunal will resume the assets declaration hearing of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen on February 4.
The hearing, which had been postponed indefinitely will resume following Appeal Court ruling that dismissed Onnoghen’s application to restrain the CCT from hearing the case.
Justice Onnoghen is facing a six-count charge for his alleged failure to declare his assets as prescribed by the law.
