The Coalition of United Political Parties has instituted legal action against President Muhammadu Buhari saying he is mentally ‘unfit’ to function well in office hence, he should be stopped from participating in the 2019 election.
The Coalition said it has carefully studied President Muhammadu Buhari over the months and concluded that “he is no longer mentally and physically fit to lead a nation like ours in this century”.
The opposition parties also alleged that there were moves to frame and arrest his spokesperson, Ikenga Ugochinyere in the bid to stop him from “releasing fresh evidence of plot to steal 5b from DSS election account by former DG DSS lawal Daura and indicting documents of false assets declaration by key Buhari govt appointees”.
