An Ilorin High Court has sacked the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognise the governorship candidate of the Ishola Balogun-Fulani led APC in the State Abdulwahab Omotose.
The court declared as unconstitutional the National Working Committee(NWC) dissolution of the executive committee of the APC in the state led by Balogun-Fulani.
It also declared all actions taken by the Bashir Bolarinwa faction since June as null and void.
