One of the abducted victims was slain by kidnappers in Gaye village, Kuje Area Council, Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Tarma Tsugnigo, the dead, and 11 other people were taken from the settlement last month.
Eleven of the villagers were among around 50 abduction victims recovered by FCT police Command officers over the weekend.
SP Josephine Adeh, the FCT police spokesperson, said that a gunfight between police agents and kidnappers claimed the life of a kidnap victim, Tama Jonathan.
Tama was injured during the rescue effort and died on the scene, according to the PPRO.
