The Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja has postponed further proceedings on the petition filed by the PDP candidate challenging the outcome of the February 25 presidential election until Friday.
The court will decide on the number of witnesses allowed for each party and the time allocated for cross-examination.
The Justice Haruna Tsammani-led five-member panel has urged the parties to agree on further modalities to be adopted.
It will be recalled that Atiku and the PDP are in their joint petition marked: CA/PEPC/05/2023, praying the court to among other things, withdraw the Certificate of Return that was issued to the President-elect by INEC.
