The Troops of Operation Forest Sanity under 1 Division Nigerian Army, have ambushed and killed two bandit leaders terrorizing Kaduna, including the notorious Isiya Danwasa.
Spokesman of 1 Division Nigerian Army, Lieutenant Colonel Musa Yahaya, who confirmed the development in a statement, said Danwasa and the other bandit leader were lured to arms and ammunitions collection point with the help of their errand boy sent to purchase arms in Kaduna city.
Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai expressed happiness and commended the military for killing Danwasa, who he said was responsible for several killings, kidnappings and cattle rustling across the State.
