The Main Chamber of the Katsina State House of Assembly was gutted by fire on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
It was gathered that firefighters from the State Fire Service, who came in a convoy of three vehicles, battled to put out the fire.
The situation was brought under control at about 11:45am.
Items, including furniture, computer, among others in the chamber were completely destroyed in the fire.
The State Governor, Aminu Bello Masari, visited the burnt Chamber after the fire was put out.
