The Governor of Nasarawa state, Abdullahi Sule, has written the State House of Assembly regarding his travel to the United States of America for medical check-up from Sunday, December 13 to Tuesday, December 29.
The Governor’s letter of notification was read to the house on Monday by the Speaker of the Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullahi.
The letter, titled, “Notification to Travel to the United States of America,” reads in parts: “I wish to inform the Rt. Hon speaker, I shall be travelling to the United States of America for medical check-up from Sunday, 13th to Saturday 29th December, 2020.
“Accordingly, in my absence, the Deputy Governor would oversee the affairs of the state pending my return.”
