The 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has voiced his support for President Bola Tinubu’s endorsement of the 2012 Steve Oronsaye Report.
The Federal Government, twelve years after receiving the report, has given the green light on Monday for the implementation of certain recommendations aimed at reducing the cost of governance.
Peter Obi, expressing his approval on social media, described Tinubu’s decision as a positive step. Responding to queries from those curious about his stance on the recently directed full implementation by the President,he asserted that had he won the election, he would have similarly implemented the Oronsaye Report
