The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has forecasted haziness and cloudiness across the country from Monday to Wednesday.
According to NiMet’s weather outlook released in Abuja on Sunday, moderate dust haze is expected with a horizontal visibility range of 2km to 5km over the northern and North-central states. Patches of clouds are anticipated in Benue, Kogi, and Kwara, while the Inland South is expected to have patches of clouds throughout the forecast period.
Additionally, over the Coast in the morning, there are chances of isolated thunderstorms over parts of Edo, Ondo, Ogun, Lagos, Delta, Rivers, and Bayelsa states during the afternoon and evening hours.
On Tuesday, NiMet predicts moderate dust haze with a horizontal visibility range of 2km to 5km over the northern and North-central regions. Except for Kwara, Benue, and Kogi where patches of clouds are expected in a hazy atmosphere, there will be patches of clouds in the morning over the Inland South and the Coast.
