As the 2019 general election draws close,the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission has continue to play host to key stakeholders in the electoral process. One of such personality is the president of the African Union, Moussa Mahaman. While commending the electoral body for the peaceful conduct of the 2015 general elections, the envoy said next year’s poll will serve as a litmus test for Democratic goverance in Nigeria.
