Afropop singer, David Adeleke popularly called ’Davido’, is preparing for an acting debut in a Hollywood movie ‘Coming to America 2’, a sequel to the romantic comedy classic ‘Coming to America’ which was released in 1988.
Michael Blackson, an African-American comedian, and actor made this known on his verified twitter handle @michaelblackson congratulating Davido.
He wrote: “Davido told me he has a performance scene in the movie #ComingToAmerica2, congrats homie”
Although Davido has not yet reacted to the post, industry watchers are taking the post seriously, as fans are already congratulating the Nigerian superstar.
‘Coming to America 2’ filming has already begun in Atlanta, Georgia, and is scheduled to be released on Dec. 18, 2020, in the United States.
