Paris 2024 Qualifier: Super Falcons Camp Grows as Four More Players Arrive

Fourteen Super Falcons players have now assembled at the team’s Abuja camp in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games qualifier against Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

The arrivals on Monday included Atletico Madrid winger Rasheedat Ajibade, Tochukwu Oluehi, and Jumoke Alani.

These three were later joined by 11 additional players on Tuesday.

Still expected to join the camp are eight more players.

Among the newly arrived players are goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, reliable centre-back Osinachi Ohale, versatile midfielder Toni Payne, and Juventus star Jennifer Echegini.

In the meantime, the Super Falcons are scheduled to have their initial training session tonight in preparation for the first leg.

The first leg match is set to take place at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Friday.

Players currently in camp include Jiwuaku Linda, Okeke Chidinma, Oladipo Shukurat, Nnadozie Chiamaka, Ohale Osinachi, Toni Payne, Kanu Uchenna, Monday Gift, Abiodun Deborah, Echegini Jennifer, and Ucheibe Christy, along with Rasheedat Ajibade, Tochukwu Oluehi, and Jumoke Alani.
