Joshua Climbs Ring Magazine Rankings

Anthony Joshua has ascended in Ring Magazine’s rankings following his impressive victory against Francis Ngannou.

In a dominant display earlier this month, AJ swiftly dispatched the MMA star with a brutal second-round knockout.

The former heavyweight champion wasted no time, sending Ngannou to the canvas in the opening round before delivering a powerful right hand that ended the fight.

Joshua has now secured four consecutive victories against Ngannou, Otto Wallin, Robert Helenius, and Jermaine Franklin, following his consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk.

His recent strong performances have propelled him from third to second place in the Ring Magazine heavyweight rankings.

Joseph Parker has also seen a rise in the rankings, notably after his impressive wins over Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang.

Reacting to the updated rankings, Tyson Fury took to social media, humorously stating, “I’m the craziest MF out there. I gave up the Ring belt so I could win it three times.”

Meanwhile, Oleksandr Usyk maintains the Ring magazine title, having initially claimed the crown in his second victory over AJ in 2022.
