The National Industrial Court has again reinforced its order that restrained the Code of Conduct Tribunal from continuing with the trial of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen over alleged non-declaration of assets.
The Court had on January 15 restrained the CCT from hearing the case.
The CJN is facing a six-count charge before the CCT over an alleged non-declaration of assets.
