Four political parties have sued INEC over its purported plan to implement the 2019 electoral guidelines which according to them contained ‘obnoxious and illegal clauses’.
The aggrieved political parties in the suit filed at the Federal High Court Abuja want the court to stop INEC from giving further effect to the 2019 Election guidelines “especially the clauses that allowed fake voters to vote in the 2019 general elections and the provisions doctoring the 2011 and 2015 separate accreditation and separate voting system”.
