Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye has been granted bail by an Abuja High Court.
Melaye was granted bail on health grounds and was asked to produce three sureties, one of whom must be the Clerk of the National Assembly, who will undertake to produce him when he is to be arraigned in respect of a charge already filed against him.
The judge said the other two sureties must be owners of properties within the Abuja metropolis.
Melaye had been held in police health facility in Abuja after he finally surrendered to the police who laid siege at his residence for 8 days.
