The APC has asked that the law be allowed to run its full course in the alleged non-declaration of asset charges against the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen.
The APC insisted that the democratic and constitutional institutions must be allowed to operate without interference saying the PDP’s recent comment on the matter was overzealousness.
APC said the CJN must go through the processes of the courts, “more importantly as an institution he represents.”
