President Muhammadu Buhari will not debate with PDP’s Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar but will concede defeat to him if he loses.
According to the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, (PACAC), Professor Itse Sagay, Buhari has been telling Nigerians things they need to know, “it doesn’t have to be on that debate alone”.
Sagay said there is no law making it mandatory to participate in a debate and that “you have nothing to lose by not debating, you may decide not to do so. It is a calculation”.
