President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen over the alleged non-declaration of assets.
The President at the Council Chamber sworn-in, Deputy Chief Justice, Tanko Mohammed to be on acting capacity.
It was explained that Onnoghen’s suspension by the president was based on an order by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
