The Court of Appeal has overruled the judgment of the High Court that declared Jerry Gana as the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party.
The court however declared a former Governor of Cross Rivers State, Donald Duke who polled the highest votes at the October 6 primary election of the party as the authentic presidential candidate of the party .
