The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen has lost the bid to stop the Code of Conduct Tribunal to stay proceedings in his asset declaration case.
Onnoghen had filed the application at the Appeal Court but the Court said the charges against the suspended CJN are criminal in nature and the proceedings before the CCT cannot be stopped.
