The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has abolished the use of incident forms in the 2019 general elections.
The commission said only card readers will be used for accreditation in the elections.
INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu while presenting the digital voter register to the representatives of all the 91 political parties disclosed that the commission has recorded the largest voter registration in the world as 84 million Nigerians have been registered to vote in the general elections.
