President Muhammadu Buhari has said his government will provide a level playing field at the 2019 general elections saying “elections need not be a do or die affair.
Buhari, in his new year message said majority of Nigerians desire peace and he was glad a large number of presidential candidates have committed to peace, and “peace we shall have.”
