The All Progressives Congress, APC, has accused the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP of contracting some Russian Hackers to manipulate the servers of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), ahead of the 2019 general elections.
The APC also questioned the PDP’s position over the electoral amendment bill saying the party certified the electoral act good in 2015 hence it shouldn’t be afraid of using same in 2019.
“The Act we are using now was created by the PDP. They created a law and they are now afraid to use it. That does not sound right. What the PDP are doing, they are playing out what they designed in Dubai…….. they are
trying to bring in Russian agents to hack the system. That is their joker. To hack into the system and manipulate the figures before transmitting them,”
