The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and President Muhammadu of ‘opening polling centres in Chad and Niger Republic under the pretext that the centres are for IDPs to vote’.
Although INEC has refuted the claim, CUPP insisted that it has uncovered a plot by the Buhari led government to mobilize Chadian, Negerian and Sudanese citizens to vote for APC in the 2019 Presidential election.
