The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar has said corrupt practices became official under the All Progressives Congress (APC) led administration.
Atiku, who was reacting to the presence of former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal at a function in the Presidential Villa last week said it was sad that a man, who reportedly soiled his hands with money meant for refugees could be welcomed to the State House with pomp and pageantry.
He said this lent credence to the rating of Nigeria as one of the top countries with the worst corruption perception index in 2018.
