45 political parties under the Coalition of United Political parties(CUPP) have announced their support for former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the Presidential candidate for 2019.
The parties, at a meeting in Abuja, said Atiku was chosen as they believe he has the capacity to rebuild the economy and unite Nigerians.
The coalition parties also said they will be formally meeting with Atiku before Friday as a kick-off to the coalition campaign.
