The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has sworn in Dr Mahmuda Isah for a second and last term as Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC).
Rotimi Oyekanmi, the Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman, made the announcement in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja.
The INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, stressed the importance of devotion to the Nigerian people as well as the need to follow the law throughout the event.
Isah has been deployed to the Federal Capital Territory after serving Jigawa and Kaduna States.
