The Kogi State House of Assembly has suspended nine of its members today.
They were suspended at a sitting held today, Thursday, March 23, 2023.
The Assembly equally suspended nine Local Government Chairmen in the state.
This comes days after the governorship and state assembly elections across the country.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) won 22 of the 25 seats in the Kogi state house of assembly while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured two seats and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) won one.
