A fire outbreak that took place early Monday morning razed down some parts of a popular foodstuffs market, known as singer in Kano State.
It was gathered that the fire started late in the night and continue to destroy shops and warehouses, on Monday.
The incident destroyed many shops and foodstuffs worth millions of naira. The state Police Command Spokesman, Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa confirmed the incident.
