The Katsina State Government has declared Thursday, 26 and Friday, 27, January 2023 as public holidays for the state’s civil servants.
The holidays are to enable the civil servants to welcome the President Muhammadu Buhari, who will be on a two-day official visit to the state.
This was contained in a statement by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Culture and Home Affairs, Sani Kabomo, on Wednesday.
The statement clarified that Federal civil servants, bank workers and others who were on essential services were exempted from the holidays.
