Aviation workers under the aegis of the National Union of Air Transport Employees and Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, have suspended the strike which the unions commenced on Monday, January 23, 2023.
The Deputy General Secretary, ATSSSAN, Frances Akinjole, confirmed the news.
Earlier, the workers proceeded on an indefinite strike.
According to NAHCO, the strike is due to salary increment.
NAHCO handles check-in, boarding and ramp services for several international airlines including Air France/KLM, Qatar, Ethiopian Airlines, Delta Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Turkish Air.
