The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Lagos State held its congress on Wednesday.
The party also elected new state executives during the congress held at Logos Centre, Oregub, Ikeja.
The executives were elected from all 20 local government areas of the state in accordance with the party’s constitution and the Electoral Act 2022.
In attendance were party members, national officers, aspirants in Lagos State, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Presidential aspirant on the platform of the party, Kingsley Moghalu, who spoke at the congress, expressed satisfaction at the conduct of the election.
The state Chairman-elect of the party, George Ashiru, commended the various local government chairmen, party members, delegates and the Congress Steering Committee for living up to the values of the party in their conduct of the delegate congress.
