#JusticeForSylvester: Lagos Govt exonerates 5 Dowen College students, officials linked to Oromoni’s death

Lagos State government has exonerated 5 students and five officials of Dowen College, who were linked to the death of Sylvester Oromoni, a 12-year-old student of the college.

The state government also cleared Kingsley Otuaro, the manager of the school building in Lekki.

The 5 students cleared by the Lagos State government include; Favour Benjamin, Edward Begue, Ansel Temile, Kenneth Inyang and Micheal Kashamu.

Officials cleared by the government through the Director of Public Prosecution are Celina Uduak, Valentine Igboekweze, Hammed Ayomo Bariyu, Adesanya Olusesan Olusegun and one Adeyemi.

The state also directed that all the suspects should be released if they are still in custody.

Recall that Sylvester Oromoni died on November 30 from injuries sustained in an alleged attack by the five senior students of the school for allegedly refusing to join their cult.
