The Lagos State Government on Monday announced the availability of Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines at the designated public and private vaccination centres in the state.
This announcement was made by the Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi via his official Instagram account, following the receipt of a new batch of vaccines from the National Primary Healthcare Board.
Abayomi urged all Lagos residents to proceed to the designated public and private vaccination centres to get vaccinated accordingly.
He said, “Administration of vaccines in public vaccination centres are free of charge. However, vaccination at private centres with the administration of two doses of COVID-19 vaccine will attract a service charge of N6, 000 while one dose will attract N4,500
“Lagos State Ministry of Health @lagoshealth wishes to again reassure Lagos residents and the general public that COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.”
