A gas explosion occurred this morning at the Ayobo Ipaja area of Lagos State. It was gathered that the explosion occurred as early as 1am.
Details of the explosion were sketchy as of the time of filing this report, but the Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development, Mrs Bola Shobowale, confirmed the development.
She, however, couldn’t immediately confirm the number of casualties.
“It is true. It happened around 1 am,” she said.
