A Nigerian soldier has killed a customs officer at Seme border in Lagos State.
An witness told newsmen that the soldier shot the customs operative on Wednesday night.
The witness said; “It’s possible that the soldier was under the influence of alcohol because no one expected him to behave in such a strange manner.”
