The bandits, who abducted 39 students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization in Afaka, Kaduna State, have released another video of the students in their custody.

Shortly after the abduction on March 11, the bandits had released a video of the victims and demanded N500 million as ransom for their release.

10 students were afterwards released, remaining 29 of them.

In this recent video, a pregnant student simply identified as “Hajiya” pleaded for rescue, adding that they have been without food for days.

The students have been with the bandits for the past 47 days.

She said, said, “We appeal to our parents to help us. We are tired and there is no food. They should do their best to get us out of this place. We have spent 47 days, almost all of us are ill and there is no food. We sleep in the open even when it rains.”
