Unknown gunmen have abducted Dapit Karen, a niece to the Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Talen.
It was reported that the victim was kidnapped at Rantiya Lowcost in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Confirming this development, a relative of the victim said gunmen stormed the residence around 5 am while they were still sleeping and abducted the young lady leaving behind her mother.
He added that the kidnappers are demanding a N5m naira ransom for her release.
However, at the time of filing this report, the spokesman for the Plateau Police Command, Ubah Gabriel was yet to issue a statement on the incident.
