Traveling passport, driver's license & national ID card will all expire, and @nigimmigration, @FRSCNigeria & @nimc_ng will make you pay to get them renewed, but @inecnigeria made your voter's card to have life validity.
Only our votes matter to them.

N5000 to renenw National ID card??? That means your citizenship as a nigerian expires after a certain period of time so you have to renew your citizenship with N5000 or else you are no longer nigerian? Who brought up this foolishness???

So if the National ID of a poor man living in the village expires and he can't afford 5k for renewal, he is no more a citizen of Nigeria again.

Established in 2007 to create, operate and manage Nigeria’s national identity card database. As at September, 2019, the NIMC stated that it had enrolled about 36 million Nigerians nationwide.
It has also in recent time disclosed plans to enroll Nigerians in the Diaspora, but only 79 Nigerians reportedly enrolled due to the fees attached to it in the United States.
The Commission had also complained about paucity of funds, saying it would need at least N132bn to capture every Nigerian within a period of three to five years.
Recently, the NIMC mandated the NIN registration for UTME applicants.
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) stated that starting from year 2020, UTME/Direct Entry candidates would register for its examinations with their NIN to solve the challenges of multiple registrations.
Ends.
