President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja, Tuesday, April 23, for the Netherlands on an official visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Mark Rutte. According to a statement signed by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu will participate in the Nigerian-Dutch Business and Investment Forum, focusing on collaboration and partnerships in agriculture and water management.
The President will engage in high-level discussions with Prime Minister Rutte and meet with His Royal Majesty, King Willem-Alexander, and Queen Maxima. The visit aims to explore opportunities for sustainable farming practices and port management operations, leveraging the Netherlands’ expertise in these areas.
Following his engagements in the Netherlands, President Tinubu will attend a special World Economic Forum meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on global collaboration, growth, and energy for development.
