Niger State Commissioner of Police Ogundele Ayodeji has debunked alleged attacks on a military checkpoint at Zuma Rock, and rumours of the influx of bandits into areas around Kagara of Suleja and Rafi local governments areas of Niger State.
Ayodeji who made this known in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, described the development as fake reports.
The commissioner also denied claims that as a result of the aeged influx of bandits via Birnin-Gwari a 24hrs curfew has been placed in Kagara, Rafi LG and equally no report of bandits’ attack at Zuma Rock, Suleja.
